Choosing a Reliable Contractor

When undergoing a home renovation project, such as replacing your home’s air conditioning and heating system, there are hundreds of contractors to choose from.

How do you know that you are choosing a reliable contractor?

First and foremost – make sure the contractor is licensed to perform their job in the state of Oklahoma. You may also want to make sure that the licensed contractor does own or actively work in the company and does not simply oversee from afar.
Secondly – Check with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB is a wonderful resource with an ample supply of information about most contractors. You can not only read reviews from the contractor’s previous customers, but also read complaints, see how and if the contractor resolved them and view the contractor’s overall rating.
Thirdly – Ask if the contractor will offer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Even better, find out who exactly will answer the phone if you call at 3:00am on Sunday morning. Will this be voicemail, an out-of-touch answering service OR one of the direct managers in the company? Don’t hesitate to demand that level of personal communication, even from a bigger company.

The list can go on and on, but one thing is certain: When you choose Drabek & Hill to be your HVAC and Plumbing contractor, you choose reliability. Drabek & Hill is fully licensed through both Claude and Jonathan Drabek. With a BBB A+ rating and honored as recipient of the 2018 BBB Torch Award of Ethics, plus abundant positive reviews and phones answered around the clock by direct management, we are ALWAYS here for you.

It’s Construction Derby Time!

It is that time of year, again!  Drabek & Hill, Inc. is working hard to get ready for the 12th ANNUAL CONSTRUCTION DERBY on OCTOBER 4, 2015

The Construction Derby is a race of non-motorized vehicles that occurs annually in the fall on NW 5th Street between Walker and Shartel in downtown Oklahoma City. It is an afternoon event with children’s activities, a car show, racing, and tailgating all happening simultaneously. The proceeds from the race benefit Rebuilding Together OKC, a non-profit organization designed to help keep the homes of Oklahoma’s low-income senior citizens safe, warm and dry.

Join us for the day and bring your families!  Go to www.rebuildingtogetherokc.org or call (405) 607-0464 for more information.
